Bananarama!

To our friends and supporters,
Leon Foundation will participate for the second time in the 3rd Annual Festival, 2012 organized by Sojo Arts, Sacramento. The theme this year is “Bananarama”.
We believe that if we participate and collaborate...
, with other non-profits organization such is the case of Sojo Arts, we can work together and to make changes in our community and in the world for the benefit of everyone. This year the festival will collaborate with eleven local non-profits to assist them in their fundraising efforts, and Leon Foundation  also wants to be present to support this beautiful event.
Save the day to the 3rd Annual Banana festival on August 18 & 19, 2012 at William Land Park Sacramento, CA 95822 (Freeport & Sutterville Rd) starting at 10:00AM Adults $5 Children 7 and under free. For more information visit www.bananafestival.sojorts.net
To help the festival promote the education of a healthy environment and the importance of math & science for children/youth in our community, Sojo Arts, have invited the Banana Slug String Band from Santa Cruz, California. This band is dedicated to fostering positive attitudes about the environment, providing accurate information about natural history and science, promoting music appreciation, building self-esteem in children, honoring creativity, supporting the arts in education and inspiring a joyful sense of wonder.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to participate this year and look forward to have a fantastic weekend of entertainment!
We would like to encourage friends, family and community to join the Leon Foundation and to participate in this event and have a Bananarama good time!!!
