Leon Foundation is Improving Peruvian Children's Education

Leon Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization structured in the great Golden State of California. The Leon Foundation is a group of intellectual and business people that have passion for knowledge and education. They are dedicated to support education of less fortunate children in Peru through technology. They focus their educational support in places where they can make unique and positive contributions.

They started their work on October 6, 2009 and during the year 2010 they supported La Cena del Senor Catholic Church in the community of Santa Anita-Peru donating on December 24, 2010 new computers and necessary tools to set up a computer lab for more than 300 children to improve their education through technology.
One of the most defining moments of the past year occurred on November 16, 2011, when in a special Ceremony Leon Foundation donated 10 computers, necessary software and tools to Juan Pablo II School in Moron-Peru to established a computer lab that will help 520 students to improve their skills, knowledge and to be inter-connected with the world. Now these children are benefited from it. And while they are proud of what they have accomplished with the support of family, friends, individuals from around the world and local businesses, they have not yet met their ultimate goal: Improve children education in Peru through technology. We need your support! Please visit us at causes: Improving Peruvian Children's Education
