Leon Foundation Mission Accomplished at Mariscal Ramon Castilla School

Leon Foundation is exceptionally proud of their work helping Peruvian children to improve their education through technology.
On December 04, 2014, the President and Founder of Leon Foundation, Dr. Joyce Leon-Gomez traveled to Peru to established the fifth Computer Lab at Mariscal Ramon Castilla School in Lima where she donated 10 top of the line computers, software, antivirus, Microsoft office and all the necessary tools for the 1,500 students that are attending that institution.
One more time in a very emotional ceremony Dr. Leon gave thanks to her family, friends around the world, supporters, business in USA and generous donors for believing in the Leon Foundation mission and for making this donation possible. “This is the result of hard work, effort and generosity of many people in USA, hopefully the students we help today will learn the skills they need to return to their communities and support them directly in the future,” she remarked.
Dr. Leon was accompanied during the ceremony by her Peruvian friends, Col. PNP Dr. Segundo Gavidia, Father of La Cena del Senor Church of Santa Anita, Father Julian Quinones, the Owner of Turismo del Norte, Sr. Rodolfo Uriarte, Dra. Ursula Mera, Dr. Bruno Licetti, Dra. Jenny Palomino, Sra. Lucia Contreras, and the professors from Juan Pablo II School, Licenciado Edwin Miller and Magister Eduardo Hinostroza, for what she is profoundly thankful to all of them for their valuable support during the donation ceremony at Mariscal Ramon Castilla School. Mission Accomplished!
