April 9, 2013  President Joyce Leon-Gomez and the Leon Foundation's commitment to support education in areas of Peru where technology is needed are causing a huge effect in the lives of students, teachers and parents of that nation. Leon Foundation is working very hard to make important progress in low income schools bringing students a significant growth and development in the field of technology and investigation, also supporting teachers with seminars and encouraging them to implement investigation projects to be applied in the classroom.
Since October 2009, Dr. Joyce Leon and the Leon Foundation are supporting education of more than 1, 400 students from secondary and investing in their future with the use of computers. However, this cannot be done alone; Leon Foundation needs your constant support to achieve their mission in this great work.
The personal commitment and dedication of President Joyce Leon-Gomez to this dream come true is really and inspiration. Her enthusiasm, energy and devotion to this cause are truthfully remarkable. It is clear that the Founder and President of Leon Foundation is truly engaged in improving Peruvian children's education and providing better opportunities for them.
