Thank You for Helping Us to Make a Difference in Peruvian Children Education

The LEON Foundation Royal ParTea Fundraiser was a delightful event!

Dr. Joyce Leon-Gomez, Founder and CEO at Leon Foundation is very thankful to everyone who made this event possible. Leon Foundation is achieving its mission and goals donating new computers and necessary tools to low income schools in Peru, South America.

"We are  facing new challenges in the world, but the generosity and support of people taking action for the benefit of others gives me hope for a better future for the new generations, specially in education. We all believe that doors are open and better opportunities are present with the use of technology in education, therefore, a better education for Peruvian children is possible.  We could not have done it without the support of our dedicated staff, family, friends and volunteers. Leon Foundation Staff and myself strongly believe that with your help, we can make a difference in the life of Peruvian children and in the world," emphatically said Dr. Joyce Leon-Gomez.
  

Annette Shahedi, Vice President of Leon Foundation did an extraordinary job hosting the Royal ParTea Fundraising. Mason Leando, Public Relations Director of Leon Foundation did a Superb job as the Master of Ceremony! Special thanks to the wonderful volunteers Martha Leandro and Augustine Gomez who have shared not only their valuable skills, but have also given their precious time! We have been very fortunate to have wonderful people who have made such a great effort to support the work we do.

We are extremely grateful to all of them for their kindness and generosity through outright donations and in-kind gifts.  With your help we are making a difference in Peruvian children's life. The music was excellent! thanks to Victor y sus teclados.

Leon Foundation is very thankful to our Vice President, Annette Shahedi for hosting a delightful Royal ParTea Fundraiser  at 350 La Strada Dr. San Jose CA 95123 and to our Public Relations Director, Mason Leandro for an outstanding job as the Master of Ceremony at the Royal ParTea event on April 22, 2012. Here in the picture Annette and Mason are receiving a recognition from the Leon Foundation  for their dedication and hard work in benefit of Peruvian children.  Special thanks to Martha Leandro (right), we never could have asked for a more dedicated volunteer and words can not express how grateful the Leon Foundation is. Martha is holding Shannaleah Shahedi's plaque  in recognition to her volunteer service for three years in a row. Shannaleah is 17 years and she is an inspiration for us.
